Children’s Halloween Costume Swap

Reuse, reduce, recycle at our annual Halloween Costume Swap! Starting September 5, drop off outgrown costumes in clean, wearable condition at the Children’s Division at the Hershey Public Library. Come back on September 30 to pick out a new-to-you costume at our Swap. Go GREEN for Halloween.
